Cnset

Class Cnset derived from Netbind

A structure that can be bound to an underlying network that defines a set of nodes and connections. It is commonly used to specify the nodes and connections that a learning algorithm is to be applied to. The set is divided up into records. Each record contains both a set of references to nodes, and a set of references to connections. Definitions are resolved wrt the builder.
